The LA TIG has prepared the SRP/EA to analyze strategic restoration alternatives associated with the restoration of wetlands, coastal, and nearshore habitat resources and services in the Barataria Basin, which was heavily impacted by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and associated response efforts (DWH oil spill).

Public Comment Period: December 20, 2017 – February 5, 2018

The Louisiana TIG will also take written and verbal comments at the CPRA Board Meeting on January 17, 2018; 9:30 a.m.; Louisiana State Capitol, House Committee Room 5, 900 Third Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.

A second public meeting, to be held in the evening, is being planned and the location and time of this meeting, when confirmed, will be posted here.
